The doctors time machine looks like a 1960's police call box. The idea for the doctors time machine was that it could make itself look like anything to better fit in whatever world or time the doctor would be in. In the very first episode the doctor is in london of 1963 so his time machine made itself look like a police call box. The doctor does have some bad guys that keep coming back time and again. His biggest bad guys are the daleks, the cybermen, and the master. The doctors oldest bad guys are the daleks. superman has lex luthor, batman has the joker, the doctor has the daleks. The daleks are aliens that live in these robot bodys. The daleks goal is to wipe out and kill everything until there is nothing left but the daleks. The master is a time lord like the doctor but he became evil and he is like the doctors darkside. If the doctor was like sherlock holmes then the master would be like professor moriarty. The cybermen are robots that have had human brains put into there bodys.
