book review

I,m going to be on a little vampire kick and I started by reading the strain. Guillermo Del Toros the strain is the best vampire book i have read in years. It is one of the most original ideas for a vampire story i have ever read. It is a mix of CSI, salems lot, I am legend. It takes the idea of what if vampires were real and still did exist today. It looks at being turned into a vampire the same way you might pass on a cold or flu to other people but a vampire still has to bite you. The book is scary, bloody, gross. It keeps you guessing at what will happen next. This is a must read for halloween. It is worth buying. If your looking for a good scary book to read then pick up the strain. I give it 4 stars.
